DJ Shortstop is no stranger to the djing. With thousand’s or event’s to date. Shortstop got into djing professionally at the young age of 15 years old, starting at metro Detroit teen clubs. Over time he has become a highly requested DJ around the Detroit area and has played at some of the larger Detroit events from D.E.M.F. to Pistons home games to the large underground parties of the past. He has played for such artists such as Prince, P. Diddy, Beyonce, Proof, and Obie Trice. He's a true professional and has studied the craft. By the way, did I mention the boy can scratch too?! DJ Shortstop loves to play hip hop, house, reggae, and ghettotech music. Besides dj'ing he is also known for his production on Detroit ghettotech classics such as Let's Run Busto’s and Finga On The Trigga. Currently he has the highest rated mix show in Detroit on Channel 955 WKQI where he is Mix Show Coordinator.
